Our heavy-duty double walled metal base tanks and weather-resistant enclosures are made at Eagle, where skilled workers and robotic welders combine efforts to ensure top quality components. It also features extensive test facilities for both gensets and low voltage switchgear, where our equipment undergoes rigorous test routines to make sure its worthy of the Generac name. Whitewater, Wisconsin (Map / Local Directions), Air-Cooled Engine & Generator Production, Whitewater is a 300,000 square foot manufacturing facility focused on the production of Generacs trademark OHVI air-cooled engines, RV motor home generators and Guardian brand home standby generator sets. The plant features a state-of-the-art flow-through design, with eight production lines and built-in adaptability. Whitewater also boasts a full engineering test laboratory, with both sound and emission test cells. By using cutting-edge evaluation equipment, Generac is able to self certify its units to comply with EPA and CARB regulations. Maquoketa Facility (Map / Local Directions), Large Genset Production , The newest Generac facility in eastern Iowa is a 145,000 square foot manufacturing plant that specializes in the production of high-end gensets ranging in output from 500 to 2000 kilowatts. Like the Eagle and Whitewater facilities, it has been constructed with adaptability and expansion in mind.
