The main areas of activity of the company are the design and manufacture of small power supply electrical modules, devices and the whole power supply systems for the industrial and special applications, including power supply modules and devices for electronic systems with super-high reliability like aircraft, satellites, etc. The customers of our products are companies which produce electronic equipment for airplanes, nuclear power stations, space objects, etc. We also offer designs in the area of programming for the Internet and electronic commerce. Our Staff, The majority of engineers and workers of the company are the employees who have many years of experience in the sphere of designing electronic equipment, including units of special digital computers, power supply devices, quartz oscillators, , etc. for such space objects as the rocket Energia, space shuttle Buran, space satellites Kvant, Spektr and the others when these employees had been working for Design Bureau of Electric Instrument Engineering affiliated to Research and Production Association Hartron, which was the largest company in the city of Kharkov and in Ukraine in the sphere of design and development of electronic control systems by space objects, nuclear power stations and in the sphere of creating the specialized digital computers and the software for them. More than a half of the employees of our company are engineers and programmers, among them there are highly qualified experts who have a lot of patents of the former USSR and Ukraine for the inventions, such as the director of the company Vyacheslav Kuskov, who has more than 30 years of experience in the area of designing power supply modules for space objects, Anatoliy Nosko who has a number of inventions in the area of power supply modules and more than 25 years of projecting experience, Nikolay Khaperskov - the chief of manufacture, Andriy Dyukov - electronics engineer and the designer of different electronic devices, including several devices which were patented, and many other employees. History, The company was created in April 2000, thus, practically in the present structure of the employees since1992 the company had been working as Contron Company, since 1996 the company was renamed into Istek Company, and in 2000 the Company was reorganised into Istep Company, state registration number 30882459. For all the periods of work since 1992 the Company offered for the Customers a wide spectrum of high quality production for the electronic equipment. Technical Policy, The key principle of the company activity is the high quality and reliability of the power supply devices and modules and that was the tradition of the companies involved in projecting electronic equipment for the space industry in the former Soviet Union. The employees of the company constantly develop the new technical decisions increasing a spectrum of offered power supply modules and devices, thus the issued power supply modules and devices pass an individually complete cycle of test checks for all parameters which are reflected in the passports affiliated to the products, using the specialized testing computerized equipment.
