We know customers desire and were doing the realization work for customer. Following is our brief introduction of our companys operation: 1. QA procedure and equipment. Every used component in power supply will be inspected by visual or essential electrical performance by our QA check list and equipment. Well record every defect to study and feedback to manufacturer to avoid the problem re-occurrence again. Also, phase in the same concept on every power supplys production and on-going inspection. 2. ODM assembly, R&D design & engineering support. Engineers have the strong power supply design and manufacturing experience so we can accept our standard switching or ODM power supply project. We use professional design concept and testing equipment to offer the best engineering study and solution to customers need. 3. Trial run and mass production. We have 4 production lines internally to support customers beta run request. The auto solder wave machine, Burn-in room, In Circuit Test, Automatic Testing Equipment (ATE), skillful operators and experienced repairers in line help us to arrange production smoothly and efficiently. Weve the strong capacity to meet customers schedule. On production line, we also set up the Automatic Testing Equipment (ATE) to ensure the quality. 4. Shipment and delivery arrangement. The professional shipping specialist at UTI can handle all the shipment request of customer. For foreign customer, we can prepare the necessary documents like invoice and packing for formal customs declaration. Even arrange the third party shipment directly is no problem to us. For local customer, UTI can have truck or local express to your factory or indicated customs warehouse. 5. Customer service. 1) Inquiry. Every Sales at UTI are trained as engineering sales. We can read your requirement and act as a good coordinator between customer and engineers to satisfy your inquiry correctly. 2) Lead Time of ODM project production. Our general lead-time is around 3~4 weeks for repeated model, 4~5 weeks for a new modified model and 6 or 8 weeks for a ODM or new engineering design model. Also, based on customers forecast information, we can stock essential elements or components in advance. It can shorten lead-time if customer has the rush demand. 3) Sample Submitting. When sample is ordered or proforma order/invoice is signed by customer, we will assign a complete model name and proceed the sample building with full specification and test data for submitting. The specification sheets issued by engineers in details formally and test report is all run by Automatic Testing Equipment (ATE). Well keep all the essential magnets & PCB documents in filing related to customers model name for future tracking. 4) Sample Approval & Order Acceptance. Prior to mass production order accepted, the approval sheets are required back to engineering documents. After that, UTI will have a mutual internally meeting among all the departments of Sales, RD, QA, Production, Material Control to define the pilot run schedule and mass production schedule.
